From it's introduction onwards Metrocab has scored an impressive number of "Firsts" including:- * 1st London Taxi to incorporate Rust Free GRP construction * 1st London Taxi to have disc brakes as standard * 1st London Taxi to offer 7 seat passenger option * 1st London wheelchair accessible Taxi.... and many more! Launched in March 2000 the Metrocab TTT was the result of both ongoing engineering development and the feedback from taxi and ambulance users of the product. Environmental concerns helped stimulate introduction of the Toyota engined vehicle with substantially reduced noise and emissions. Indeed the TTT taxi incorporates over 700 improvements over its predecessor. | ||
