Cabmart & Driver Training

In response to demands by both Licensing Officers and Taxi Operators CABMART has produced a comprehensive driver training programme as recomended by the DPTAC committee.

As members of the MIDAS programme (Initiated by Hampshire County Council and now accepted as the "best practice" standard by the Community Transport Association) our Assessor/Trainers have adapted the MIDAS programme to fit the needs of Taxi Authorities and Drivers alike.

Unlike the VRQ style courses we do not seek to force 50+ hours of classroom training on our students. Our industry "sharp end" experience has enabled us to focus on key areas relevant to Authorities, Drivers and Passengers alike.
